STRAWBERRY CRINKLES
This is a great cake mix cookie recipe. My family loves this type of cookie- They are quick and oh so easy; and they are so pretty on the dessert cookie tray! Great using chocolate,orange or lemon or other cake mixes too.

Steps:
- 1. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add egg and extract. Stir in cake mix, dry. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 30 minutes or longer. Preheat oven to 375^. When dough is easy to handle scoop into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten down SLIGHTLY. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cookies are light and puffy. Remove to cooling rack or paper.
