My mother-in-law made this for my son's birthday cake this past year (except she didn't make it sugar free). Any flavor of SF pudding can be used. I make it for my husband who is a type II diabetic.

- 1. 1. Mix pudding, powdered sugar (if using), and milk together and let sit for a few minutes.
- 2. 2. Fold in whipped topping into pudding mixture.
- 3. 3. Use to frost cakes, cupcakes, cookies, as desired. Store left over frosting in refrigerator.
