Sunflower, Bacon and Parmesan Bow-tie Pasta Salad image

One of my co-workers found this recipe from a local grocery store; when we have potlucks we hope he'll make this salad. It's very easy and very tasty - but you really can't go wrong with bacon and parmesan-now can you? (The cooking time - includes the minimum chill time.)

I appreciate that this recipe uses sunflower bacon instead of regular bacon. It's a healthier alternative that still delivers on flavor. The pasta salad is a great option for those who are looking for a lighter and healthier dish.

I love experimenting with recipes, so I made a few tweaks to this one. I used whole wheat pasta instead of regular pasta, added some chopped walnuts, and used a lemon-tahini dressing instead of the one provided. It was a delicious and healthy twist o

I followed the recipe exactly and the pasta salad turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a bit more dressing. Other than that, it's a fantastic recipe that I'll definitely be making again.

The flavors in this pasta salad are out of this world! The sweetness of the sunflower bacon, the nuttiness of the parmesan cheese, and the tanginess of the dressing all come together perfectly. It's a flavor party in my mouth.
