Sunshine Nutty Broccoli Salad Toss image

Yummy! The best ever version of a cold broccoli salad, great for lunches and potlucks! The raisins and grapes go really well with this, a crunchy surprise :) Change the amounts of any of the ingredients pretty easily to suit your tastes or the amount of people you need to feed :)

2 lbs broccoli, heads stems cut off
1/2 lb crisp red grapes (cut in half)
1/2 cup raisins
1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup slivered almonds
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Miracle Whip

Steps:

  • Chop broccoli into larger bite size pieces, wash and cut grapes.
  • Add grapes, raisins, almonds and crumbled bacon to the broccoli and toss.
  • Mix Mayo and Miracle whip together, mix with broccoli mix until thoroughly coated. You may need more or less of the dressing depending on how much broccoli you actual end up with after trimming.
  • Chill at least a few hours before serving and enjoy!
  • Salad is best within 3 days.
