Had left over wine-soaked cheddar from Bookclub, and I found the taste too strong to enjoy by itself. I tried this, and WOW! Definitely tasty enough to serve to guests, and so easy, too. :)

Steps:
- 1. Toast sourdough slices.
- 2. Top with cheese slices and dried cranberries. Can top with another slice of bread to make sandwich, or leave open-faced.
- 3. Microwave to melt cheese. (Could skip toasting and grill, if you prefer.) Cut & serve as appetizer or with soup/salad for a meal.
