Super Simple Sweet and Sour Chicken With Rice image

This is my son Matthew's favorite dish, which he used to request on his birthday. I love the flavor and it is oh-so-simple! If you like, you can also cut the chicken into strips instead of leaving the breasts whole.

This recipe was just okay. The chicken was a bit dry and the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This recipe was a waste of time. The chicken was tough and the sauce was bland. I won't be making this again.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I'll try it again with less sugar next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made it with some rotisserie chicken I had on hand and it turned out great. The sauce is really good too.
