- Boil the vinegar then add sugar and stir to dissolvereduce heat to medium-low and allow the sauce to thicken 5 min
- remove from heat and let cool
- add chile, garlic and salt then stir to combine
- store in airtight container. Serve at room temp. Can be refrigerate for 2 weeks.
