I'm not a big fan of sweet and sour ribs, but I tried this recipe and was pleasantly surprised. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the sauce was not too sweet. I would definitely make this again.

The ribs were a little dry, but the sauce was amazing. I would make this again, but I would cook the ribs for a shorter amount of time.
