- 1. Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, horseradish with only enough of the coke to form a paste. Smear all over the ham. Place ham with the remaining coke in a crock pot, DO NOT PORE COKE ON TOP OF HAM, PORE ALONG SIDE OF HAM Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
