This was a great way to use up some leftover sweet potatoes. I added a few extra spices to the topping and it turned out perfectly. My husband and I both loved it.

I made this for a potluck and it was a huge success. Everyone loved it, even the people who don't usually like sweet potatoes. The topping is what really makes this dish special.

This casserole was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and turned out perfectly. The sweet potatoes and bananas were a great combination, and the topping was addictive. I will definitely be making this again.
