I followed the recipe exactly and the fries turned out perfect. They were crispy and flavorful. I served them with a dipping sauce made of ketchup, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.

I've tried many sweet potato fry recipes, but this one is by far the best. The fries are always perfectly crispy and they have a great flavor.

These sweet potato fries were a hit! They were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I loved the combination of sweet and savory flavors.
