Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter Bites image

Make ahead and perfect for those tailgating, camping, picnic, and potluck. They whip up in a pinch and make plenty. I made the mistake of making a double batch and had so many I could not eat another with out my tummy going snap, crackle, pop. I posted the recipe on my social media page and pic of a container full of goodies...

These bites are really good, but they're a bit too rich for me. I think I'll try making them with a lower-fat peanut butter next time.

I found these bites to be a bit dry. I think I'll try adding some milk or yogurt to the dough next time.

These bites are really crumbly. I think I might have over-mixed the dough.

I had some trouble getting the chocolate coating to harden. I think I might have used too much butter.

These bites are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
