Swiss Chard Artichoke Pizza image

The Swiss Chard and Artichokes combined with parmesan and mozzarella cheese makes for a unique and tasty pizza. You can use a store bough pizza dough (Trader Joes is good) or use this quick and easy pizza crust. Note: I have revised the recipe and added bacon and more cheese. Select chard with fresh green leaves; avoid those that are yellow or discolored, store unwashed leaves in plastic bags in the crisper in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. This recipe is a spin off from http://www.farmgirlfare.com/

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I think I'll stick to my regular pizza recipe next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my pizza dough didn't rise properly. I think I might have used too much yeast.

This pizza was a bit too cheesy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a lot of goat cheese. Next time I'll use less cheese and see if that makes a difference.

I loved the idea of this pizza, but the flavors were a bit too strong for me. I think I'll try using less Swiss chard and artichoke next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my pizza crust turned out really dry. I think I might have over-kneaded the dough.

This pizza was a bit too salty for my taste, but I think that's because I used canned artichokes. Next time I'll try using fresh artichokes and see if that makes a difference.
