2 LB RED POTATOES SLICED
1/2 CUP RED ONION
1/4 TSP SALT DIVIDED
1/4 TSP NUTMEG DIVIDED
2 TBSP BUTTER CUT DIVIDED
1 CUP MILK
3 OZ SWISS CHEESE SHREDDED
1/4 CUP GREEN ONIONS

Steps:

  • LAYER HALF THE POTATOES IN CROCK POT, ADD IN ½ OF OTHER INGREDIENTS THEN REPEAT, COOK ON LOW FOR 7 HOURS IN CROCK POT
