Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle sugar with vanilla. Stir until mixture is well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Sift to blend thoroughly. Store in an airtight container.
- 2. Label: For 1 serving, place 1 rounded teaspoon of mix in coffee cup. Add boiling water and stir. For larger cups add more mix.
