Swiss Muesli image

Here is a twist on granola and yogurt, and all it takes is a night in the refrigerator.

1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light vanilla yogurt
1 Nature Valley™ roasted almond crunchy granola bar (1/2 pouch), crushed
2 tablespoons dried mixed fruit (from 6-oz package)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in cereal bowl; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Stir again before serving.

I'm not a big fan of muesli, but this recipe was actually pretty good. The yogurt and honey helped to sweeten it up and the nuts and seeds added a nice crunch. I would definitely make it again if I was in the mood for muesli.
