Swiss Pot Roast image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (16-ounce) bag frozen stew vegetables
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 (13-ounce) can Worthington® Loma Linda® Swiss Steak veggie steak

Steps:

  • 1. Place stew vegetables in 2-quart rectangular glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Layer Worthington® Loma Linda® Swiss Steak on top of vegetables. Rinse can with water and pour over Swiss Stake.2. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
