I'm allergic to eggplant, so I used zucchini instead. It was still delicious!

This recipe is a great starting point, but I added some extra garlic and ginger to give it more flavor.

I used panko breadcrumbs instead of cornstarch and it turned out great! The eggplant was extra crispy.

The eggplant was a bit overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I'll try again with a lower heat setting.

This recipe is a bit too spicy for my taste. I'll have to cut down on the chili next time.

The eggplant was bland and the sauce was too sweet. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.
