I came up with this for dinner last night!! The husband really loved it I thought it was just okay. Please if you try this and experiment with different ingredients let me know what you come up with. I really would like to perfect this one definitely has great potential

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb medium shrimp
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
garlic powder
salt
2 chipotle chiles in adobo, minced

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and all the rest of the ingredients to skillet and cook until shrimp are pink.
  • served over couscous but would be good served in tortilla's.
