This is a great appetizer and it always disappears whenever I serve it. Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips.

- Mix the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer.
- Spread onto a large platter.
- Then top with topping ingredients in order given.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
