Steps:
- 1. Peel onions
- 2. Cut into wedges
- 3. Separate layers
- 4. Put in plastic bag with 1/4 cup flour
- 5. Mix remaining flour, water, sugar, salt and milk
- 6. Mix until smooth (Batter should be thick)
- 7. Add crisco
- 8. Dip wedges into batter
- 9. Deep fry until golden brown
