Tasty Apple Kielbasa image

Found this recipe in "Quick Cooking". Very simple to prepare if you are in a hurry. I have served this with a potato casserole and my little guy loves it. May use healthier cut of sausage (ie - turkey).

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a bit more salt and pepper.

I made this dish in my slow cooker and it turned out perfectly. I simply browned the kielbasa and apples in a skillet before adding them to the slow cooker. Then I cooked the dish on low for 6 hours.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out great. The kielbasa was cooked perfectly and the apples were still slightly firm, just the way I like them.
