I'm not a huge fan of Earl Grey tea, but I still enjoyed these cookies. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and delicious. I think I would have liked them even more if I had used a different type of jam.

These tea tassies were a delightful treat! The shortbread crust was flaky and buttery, and the raspberry jam filling was sweet and tangy. The Earl Grey tea added a subtle but noticeable flavor that made these cookies extra special. I will definitely

The tea tassies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but the crust was delicious. I think I would use less sugar in the filling next time.
