Steps:
- 1. blend shells ingredients and chill for 1 hour
- 2. roll dough into small balls and press into shape in mini muffin pans
- 3. stir filling ingredients together and spoon into shells about 3/4 full
- 4. bake in a 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned....oven do vary
