Teriyaki Finger Steaks image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb beef sirloin steak, boneless
1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 c vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Trim fat from steak and slice lengthwise into 1/2-in strips; place in a large glass bowl.
  • 2. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over meat and toss gently.
  • 3. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • 4. Drain, discarding marinade.
  • 5. Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers.
  • 6. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning often, for 7-10 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
  • 7. Remove from skewers and serve.
