Thai Green Curry Shrimp Soup image

This is a great soup that you can make a meal out of itself. Just serve the soup over a mound of cooked jasmine rice.

I tried making this soup, but it didn't turn out well. The flavors were unbalanced and the shrimp were overcooked. I think I might have added too much green curry paste.

This soup was okay. The flavors were a bit too strong for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less green curry paste. The shrimp were cooked well, though.
