I'm not a huge fan of the texture of this bread. It's a little too dense for my taste.

The bread was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some herbs or spices next time.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover seeds. I always have a bag of mixed seeds in the back of my pantry and this is a great way to use them up.

It took me three tries to get the bread right. The first two times, it was too dense. I finally figured out that I needed to add more water to the dough. Now that I've got it right, I love this recipe!

The recipe was easy to follow, but the bread didn't rise as much as I expected. I think I might have added too much flour. Overall, it still tasted good, but I'll try it again with less flour next time.

I love the simplicity of the recipe. I don't have a bread machine, but I adapted it to bake in my oven and it turned out perfect! The bread has a nice crust and a soft and fluffy interior. Definitely a new favorite recipe.
