Steps:
- Season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dill weed Dredge tilapia fillets in flour and place on wax paper to set Melt 3 TBSP butter in fry pan Saute tilapia fillets 5 minutes per side Remove from pan and place in baking pan Add lemon juice, 3/4 cup of white winte, dill weed, and capers to fry pan Return tilapia fillets to pan and spoon lemon/wine sauce over fillets Simmer for 4 minutes Return to baking pan and serve
