I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, but I really enjoyed this dish. The cheese and eggs helped to balance out the flavor of the tomatoes.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make, and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add some cooked chicken or shrimp to the dish for extra protein.

I followed the recipe exactly, and the dish turned out perfectly. The noodles were cooked al dente, the tomatoes were juicy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted and gooey.
