My family really enjoys this soup when we make it from our garden tomatoes. When those tomatoes are plentiful, I make a big batch (without mayonnaise) and freeze it. Then we can enjoy it even after the garden is gone for the season.

This tomato dill bisque is a great soup to make while camping. It's easy to make over a campfire and it's a great way to warm up on a cold night. I like to add some smoked sausage or bacon to the soup for a little extra flavor.

I'm lactose-intolerant, so I used dairy-free milk and cheese to make this soup. It turned out creamy and delicious, and I didn't miss the dairy at all. I also used vegan butter to sauté the vegetables, and it worked great.

I'm gluten-free, so I used gluten-free flour to make the croutons. They turned out crispy and delicious, and they were the perfect addition to the soup. I also used gluten-free bread crumbs to thicken the soup, and it worked perfectly.

I like my soups with a little bit of a kick, so I added a pinch of cayenne pepper to this recipe. It gave the soup a nice warmth without overpowering the other flavors. I highly recommend trying this variation if you like your food spicy.
