I've been making this salad for years and it's always a hit. I've tried it with different types of vinegar and oil, and it always turns out great. One time I didn't have any carrots on hand, so I used shredded turnips and it was still delicious.

I made this salad for a party and it was a hit! I added some chopped hard-boiled eggs and everyone loved it. Next time I'll try adding some crumbled feta cheese. Has anyone tried that?
