Fresh Baby Spinach
Spring Mix ( Lettuce)
Black Olives
Purple Onion
Craisins
Mandarin Oranges
Kalamata Olives
Blue Cheese Crumbles
Toasted Walnuts
Grape Tomatoes

Steps:

  • Layer large platter with the lettuce and spring mix toss in next three ingredients, top with another layer of spinach and lettuce, add the next three ingredients and cover with another layer of spinach and lettuce, top with grape tomatoes. Serve with a rasperry vinegrette and your guest will be so suprised. For an entree top the entire salad with seared steak or seafood to create an all inclusive gourmet dining experience.
