Tropical Prosciutto Bites image

Meet a tasty fruit twist to the popular Italian appetizer of melon wrapped with strips of prosciutto. These bites are ready to serve in minutes!

1/4 pound thinly sliced prosciutto or fully cooked ham, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1 large mango or papaya, peeled, pitted or seeded, and cut into 12 pieces
12 medium strawberries

Steps:

  • Wrap strips of prosciutto around mango pieces and strawberries. Secure with toothpicks.
