This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey. I made it with leftover Thanksgiving turkey, and it was delicious.

I love that this casserole can be made ahead of time. I made it the night before, and then just reheated it in the oven before serving.

I made this casserole in a slow cooker, and it turned out perfectly. I just browned the ground turkey and added all of the ingredients to the slow cooker. Cooked on low for 6 hours, and it was ready to serve.

This casserole is so versatile. You can add or remove ingredients to suit your taste. I like to add a bit of chopped jalapeño pepper for some extra spice.

I added some chopped green peppers and onions to my casserole, and it turned out great. I also used a can of black beans instead of pinto beans.

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I love that I can use ground turkey, which is a healthier option than ground beef.
