1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (7 ounce) can tuna
1 cup potato chips, coarsly crushed or 1 cup crisp chow mein noodles
1/3 cup cashews

Steps:

  • Cook onion and celery in butter for about 5 minutes.
  • Combine with soup, chicken broth, seasonings and tuna.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup chips or chow mein noodles.
  • Put mixture into a buttered 1 Quart Casserole.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 Cup chips or noodles and the cashews.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
