4 slices white bread
3/4 cup milk
2 pounds raw ground turkey
1 tablespoon butter
1 rib celery, diced ( 3/4 cup)

Freshly ground pepper to taste

I'm not a big fan of turkey loaf, but this recipe was pretty good. It was moist and flavorful, and it didn't have that weird aftertaste that some turkey loaf recipes do.

This turkey loaf was not good. It was dry and flavorless. I would not recommend this recipe.

This turkey loaf was okay. It was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more seasoning next time.

This turkey loaf was a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add more moisture next time, maybe some broth or applesauce.
