Steps:
- 1. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook turkey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, stirring often for about 5 to 8 minutes or until turkey no longer pink. remove from heat.
- 2. In large bowl whisk juice and sugar and all remaining ingredients and toss together. serve with fried rice.
