Turkey Turnovers for Two image

I make this dish often after the holidays when there's leftover turkey in the refrigerator or freezer. It's a hearty meal for the two of us and simple to prepare. -Julie Wagner, Northville, Michigan

I love these turnovers! They are so easy to make and they always turn out great. I usually use a store-bought pie crust, but I've also made them with homemade dough. Either way, they're delicious.
