These potatoes were really good! I used a mix of cheddar and pepper jack cheese, and they were so flavorful. The jalapeños added a nice spice, and the potatoes were creamy and cheesy. I'll definitely be making these again.

I'm not a big fan of jalapeños, but I still enjoyed these potatoes. The cheese and bacon were the perfect addition, and the potatoes were creamy and flavorful. I'll definitely be making these again, but I'll use a milder pepper next time.
