1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup strongly brewed espresso coffee
1/4 cup brandy, italian if possible
1 lb mascarpone cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tiramisu didn't turn out as good as I hoped. I think I might have overcooked the ladyfingers.
