No tomato. Doesn't burn! Can be used through the entire cooking process. This is best on poultry as the tarragon mixes nicely with the flavor of the bird. This amount will take care of four to six chicken breasts nicely. The recipe can be doubled for larger barbeques. The paprika gives the chicken a lovely color.

[email protected]I've tried many barbeque sauces, but this one is by far the best. It has a unique flavor that I can't quite describe, but it's addictive. I've used it on chicken, pork, and even tofu, and it's always a hit.
