Vanilla Wafer Cake image

Kids love crushing the cookies. This cake uses vanilla wafers in place of flour. All you coconut and pecan lovers will like this one.

2 stick margarine
2 c sugar
6 eggs
1 pkg (7oz) flaked coconut
1 box (12 oz) vanilla wafers
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Cream the butter and sugar well. Add the eggs and beat. add the coconut, crushed wafers, milk vanilla and nuts.
  • 2. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan at 325.
