1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup soymilk
2 cups blueberries

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients, add milk and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with blueberries.
  • Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
