This is a great, tender meatloaf the whole family can enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine vegetarian meat, beef and onion soup mix, garlic and finely diced green peppers.
- 3. Tear bread into small quarter sized crumbs. Add to mixture. Stir well.
- 4. Add oil and beaten eggs. Mix. Add shredded cheese. Mix.
- 5. Spray dish with nonstick spray before putting in oven. Either use loaf pan or make into loaf shape on any pan. Bake about 35 minutes.
- 6. GLAZE: mix ketchup, mustard, brown sugar. Top meatloaf. If you are not using loaf pan, coat the sides as well to prevent it from drying out.
