Steps:
- SLICE pita in half to have two rounds. TOAST. When cool, spread small amount of low-fat mayo on each side. CRUMBLE the veggie burgers and put on top of mayo. SLICE tomato and season with salt/pepper/basil. ALL this can be prepared ahead. When ready to serve, ADD TOMATO over veggie crumble, BROIL for 5 to 6 minutes, CUT into quarters or sixth and serve.
