Vidalia Shrimp Dip image

Another tasty treat from my grandmother, Margaret Whitehead. Yum Yum.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg cream cheese, low-fat, softened
1/2 c reduced fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 c finely chopped vidalia onion
1 can(s) reduced sodium & fat condensed tomato soup
1 c shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked, chopped
8 to 10 drops hot sauce
parsley for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mayo until smooth.
  • 2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Chill in covered bowl for several hours or overnight.
  • 4. Serve with reduced-fat or fat-free crackers or toasted, quartered pita bread.
