Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In electric mixer, mix the olive oil, sugar, and vanilla together until blended. In seperate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa until well sifted. Add to the sugar mixture and add the lukewarm water 1 cup at a time. Stir until well incorporated. Add the vinegar. Stir. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake in oven for around 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool on wire rack. Serve at room temperature. Keeps 3-5 days chilled and covered.
