Steps:
- Wisk egg yolks, then wisk in the milk, butter, and sour cream; Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar; Add dry ingredients to wet and fold together just until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup of the blueberries. In another bowl, wisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into batter.
