Yield 48 pieces

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups Flour
1/2 lb butter ( softened)
6 oz cream cheese ( softened)
3 eggs beaten
1 cup light brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1st make dough - mix all together and roll into 48 balls - press each ball into mini cup pans - do not grease the pan 2nd make filling - Mix all ingredients together - spoon into dough cups - Bake 350F for 35-40 minutes - Cool
