Steps:
- 1. Mix milk, syrup, and butter and melt slightly. Remove from heat and add sugar until it's dissolved. Put back on stove and bring to a rolling boil. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla chips. Add vanilla. Add marshmallow cream. Stir until blended. Mix in nuts. Pour into ungreased pan. Cool to set before cutting.
